From selecting the finest European pork legs to processing, curing, deboning, and packaging, we combine the vertical expertise of three local companies into a single integrated group. This way, we offer cured meat producers, large-scale retailers, and food industries a solid partner, capable of combining tradition and industrial rigor.

We were born from artisanal know-how rooted in the history of the region, but we have chosen to grow with a modern, traceable, and safe production model.
